Shri Anant Temple, Savoi-Verem

Shri Anant Temple is situated in North Goa. Shri Anant Temple, also known as Madanant Temple, is located at Savoi-Verem in Ponda Taluka. This is one of the famous temples situated in Ponda and the only temple of Ananta in Goa. It is surrounded on all sides by water and beautiful scenery. The temple of Sri Anant was built in 1540.

Birla Radha Krishna Mandir

Shree Shantadurga Temple

Shree Shantadurga Temple in Ponda is a significant Hindu site, especially for the Goud Saraswat Brahmins who revere her as their Kuldevi. Originally in Keloshi, it was relocated to its current peaceful location at the foot of Kavalem village during Portuguese rule. This beautiful temple, built in the 18th century and later renovated, is dedicated to Goddess Shantadurga, an incarnation of Parvati who calmed the conflict between Shiva and Vishnu.

Shri Shantadurga Kunkallikarin Temple

Shri Shantadurga Kunkalikarin Temple is located at Fatorpa of Quepem Taluka and is one of the oldest temples of Goa. It is also one of the prime places to visit in Goa. This temple is dedicated to Goddess Shri Shantadurga. Originally from Cuncolim village in Salcete Taluka, the Goddess was removed to Fatorpa in 16th Century during religious persecution by the Portuguese.

Shri Vijayadurga Temple
